ITINERARY :
Day 1 Arrival in Leh
Board your early morning flight to Leh. Leh (Ladakh) is the largest province within the North Indian State of Jammu and Kashmir, covering approximately 60,000 square miles (100,000 sq. km). It is surrounded and bisected by some of the highest mountain ranges in the world. On your arrival at Leh, a Ladakhi representative will meet, greet, assist and transfer you to your hotel in Leh.Since you are arriving at 11000 ft, we strongly recommend to take complete rest on the first half day where you should not indulge yourself in any strenuous activity. Dinner and overnight in the hotel
Day 2 : Apricot Festival & Sangam Point
After early breakfast depart from Leh begin your journey to Apricot Festival. The Apricot Blossom Festival in Ladakh is scheduled for April, with events planned in various villages: Alchi Village , Domkhar , Sumoor Village ,Wanla Village, Tar Village . While going to the Apricot Festival , you'll find Sangam Point one the way. Sangam Point is the confluence of the Indus and Zanskar rivers. After procced to Apricot Festival a chance to witness vibrant blossoms and engage with local culture. Return & have dinner & Overnight stay in Ladakh.
Day 3 : Leh - Nubra Valley
Early morning proceed to Nubra Valley via the World’s Highest Motorable road (5602 Mts) Khardung la pass. Popularly called the orchard of Ladakh, you will definitely be overwhelmed to see the Bactrian Camels (Shaggy double hump Camel) around sand dunes, Diskit monastery. Arrive at Nubra Valley and proceed for a visit to the White Sand Dunes at Hunder. You can enjoy the camel ride (on your own). Later if time permits visit Hunder and Diskit monasteries and check in at Deluxe Camp. The evening is at leisure. Stay overnight at the comfortable Swiss camps
Day 4 : Nubra Valley - Pangong Lake - Leh
After breakfast checkout from the camp and leave for PANGONG LAKE via Shyok. on the indo china border. Situated to the north east of leh 4350 meters above the sea level. Pangong means extensive concavity. The mirror calm water is cold , clear , blue and salty. Return to Leh & overnight stay in Leh.
Day 5 : Leh Local - Shey Thiksey - Shanti Stupa
After breakfast this morning, drive to Thiksey Monastery. One of the most beautiful monasteries of Ladakh, it belongs to the Gelukpa Order of Buddhism. After this, drive to Shey Palace, located 15 km to the south of Leh on the Leh-Manali highway. The three-stories palace is perched on a hillock overlooking the beautiful Shey village. Later visit Sindhu Ghaat. The festival is also a symbolic salutation to the courageous soldiers of the country, who have endangered their lives to save ours. Arrive at Leh and you will be dropped at Leh Market/hotel for Lunch. After lunch, you will leave for sightseeing to Shanti Stupa and Leh Palace. Return to your hotel for a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 6 : Departure
After breakfast depart to Leh airport and take the Flight back to your hometown. Tour ends with fond memories
